Home made CURRY MEE

今 天 又再心血来潮, 学煮CURRY MEE.EMMM... 还蛮不错的. 食客们连CURRY汤都喝得干干净净.其实,CURRY 酱料是买READY 的 (GIANT 有得卖),只准备一些材料便可以了.



材料: CURRY 酱,椰浆,鸡,鸡蛋,长豆,薄菏,豆卜,豆芽,鱼饼,蛤(如果喜欢吃)面,米粉


制成品


备注: 椰浆也可以用牛奶代替,只是味道不够椰汁来得香甜.

蜜汁猪排骨

心血来潮, 尝试烘烤猪排骨和榨菜豆腐汤.

材料:

猪小排、马铃薯

腌料:蒜(剁茸)、姜末、小葱头, 酱油、五香粉、黑胡椒, 红糖、酒, 白醋, 蜂蜜.(提前一晚腌制)

做法:
1. 先将排骨过沸水,去血水, 然后放进腌料.最好腌隔夜.
2. 马铃薯去皮洗净切厚片,刷油铺在烤盘底部,将腌制好的排骨放在马铃薯片上.
3. 放入180度烤箱中上下火烤60分钟左右.
4. 将烤好的排骨取出,再用蜜糖汁用刷子刷在排骨表面.
5. 将排骨放入烤箱200度,用上火再烤10分钟左右.
6. 上碟后, 将剩余的蜜糖汁浇在排骨上即可.







同时也煮了榨菜豆腐汤.
