大热天!!

很久没下雨了,温度上升到35度, 热得我头昏昏的. 一到WEEKEND就给BB做了一个MINI SWIMMING POOL,清凉一下.






顺便帮宝贝狗洗个清凉澡.

PENANG ASAM LAKSA - HOME COOK

INGREDIENTS:
1. Fresh Thick Meehoon (Blancehed)
2. Cucumber (shredded)
3. Pineapple (cut into small pieces)
4. Bombay onion (shredded)
5. Letture (shredded)
6. Torch flower
7. Fresh Mint leaves
8. Shrimp paste
9. Chillies (sliced)
10. Limes (halved)
11.Chilly padi
All above are raw and put into your bowl before you put in asam stock.

Asam Stock
1. Ikan Kembang (put into water to boil , don't be too long and then take out removed the meat and bones. The water can be your soup)
2. Asam Jawa (if you like sour then squeeze more and put into soup)
3.Asam Keeping ( put into the soup)
4. Daun Kesom ( don't know your place got this leaves or not, for smell)
5. Lemon grass (lightly hit) - put into the soup
6. tourch flower - put into soup

Seasoning
1. Sailt
2. Sugar
3. Fish sauce

Spices
1. Shallots
2. Garlic
3 Buah Keras
4. Belacan
5. Fresh turmeric (a very small piece slice)
6. Lengkuas/ Galangal (slice)
7. Lemon grass (slice)
8. Dried Chilies
9. Red Chilies
10.Oil

All spices blended together and then put into the soup when it boiled.

Home made CURRY MEE

今 天 又再心血来潮, 学煮CURRY MEE.EMMM... 还蛮不错的. 食客们连CURRY汤都喝得干干净净.其实,CURRY 酱料是买READY 的 (GIANT 有得卖),只准备一些材料便可以了.



材料: CURRY 酱,椰浆,鸡,鸡蛋,长豆,薄菏,豆卜,豆芽,鱼饼,蛤(如果喜欢吃)面,米粉


制成品


备注: 椰浆也可以用牛奶代替,只是味道不够椰汁来得香甜.

Whole new Dermalogical facial set

Early this month I have bought the whole set of Dermalogical facial set. It's very cheap (i think) due to promotion, buy 1 and 2nd 50%, save a lot money.
Six items just only RM810 ( Ultra cleasing, cleasing gel, gentle cream exfoliant, multi active toner, smoothing cream and hydrating mask).



Of course, daily eye gel (pink color), skin hyrading booster, multi vitamin mask and face sunblock are not included.

Total value: RM1500++

蜜汁猪排骨

心血来潮, 尝试烘烤猪排骨和榨菜豆腐汤.

材料：

猪小排、马铃薯

腌料:蒜(剁茸）、姜末、小葱头, 酱油、五香粉、黑胡椒, 红糖、酒, 白醋, 蜂蜜.(提前一晚腌制）

做法:
1. 先将排骨过沸水,去血水, 然后放进腌料.最好腌隔夜.
2. 马铃薯去皮洗净切厚片，刷油铺在烤盘底部，将腌制好的排骨放在马铃薯片上.
3. 放入180度烤箱中上下火烤60分钟左右.
4. 将烤好的排骨取出,再用蜜糖汁用刷子刷在排骨表面.
5. 将排骨放入烤箱200度，用上火再烤10分钟左右.
6. 上碟后, 将剩余的蜜糖汁浇在排骨上即可.







同时也煮了榨菜豆腐汤.
材料：榨菜,豆腐,红萝卜,马铃薯,洋葱,番茄,瘦肉

BB first time

My department organized Gunung Lambak (highest "bukit" at Kluang) hiking, and I was one of the organiser....

This time was family activities, brought HL and BB together. Wao.. couldn't believe that BB could reach till half hill, not bad!! Eventhough I was very tire after down from hill, BB showed nothing, jumped here and there... full of energy.

Fun Fair

Second time we brought BB to Fun Fair, not very big. (you know lah, Kluang area)But this time BB showed not very happy and interested, believed that might be because he felt sleepy.

Parents were happier than BB.

不知不觉, 一月尾一过小瓜就踏进4岁了. 像往年一样,替他庆祝生日.

闲来无事, 又替我的宝贝狗拍照.反正有人要看它的近照,不然每次回去都问我RUFFIE怎样了?是不是很可怜? 有没有陪它? 肥了还是瘦了? 哇塞,以为我在虐待它么?疼它还来不及呢!! 吃的是瘦猪肉,羊肉和三种蔬菜 (晚餐,特别煮),早餐是1KG RM12的狗粮, 吃的比我还好...看照片啦! (知道我在说谁吗? 我想你知道我说的就是"你们")
