Movie's Nite At Home 2

Seldom liketo watch cartoon, but I love to watch Detective Conan cartoon. Had watched it from 1 to 300+ episodes, but now they have over 400+ episodes. Yesterday nite, HL got a conan movie - “The Full Score of Fear”




Plot Summary: Serial murders involving all kinds have happened. All the victims are from a Music School led by a famous pianist. Conan and company have been invited to a opening concert of the Music Hall built by the pianist. The biggest attraction of this concert is the world famous violin called "Stradivarius" and a special appearance of a singer who has perfect pitch.

If you like detective manga and anime series, I suggest you should watch it. :)

Plot Summary:
During a scientific expedition in Iceland, visionary scientist Trevor Anderson (Brendan Fraser), his nephew Sean (Josh Hutcherson) and their beautiful local guide, Hannah (Anita Briem), are unexpectedly trapped in a cave from which their only escape is to go deeper and deeper into the depths of the Earth. 5 Days in Batu Pahat hospital

Should start the blog last few days ago once I created this blog. But unluckily forced to admitted into Hospital for 5 days. It was due to....My son was infected by pneumonia virus(轻型支气管肺炎).

Pneumonia (肺炎)

小儿肺炎是小儿常见疾病，临床以发热、咳嗽、气急、鼻煽为主要症状，多见于婴幼儿，一年四季均可发生，而以冬、春季节气候变化发病率尤高，多见于上呼吸道感染之后，也可以继发于麻疹、百日咳等疾病。体质虚弱和营养不良的小儿患此病之后，病程较长，病情亦重，易合并心功能衰竭等。目前，小儿肺炎据病因可分为细菌性肺炎、病毒性肺炎、支原体肺炎、霉菌性肺炎、吸入性肺炎、过敏性肺炎和堕积性肺炎等。

诱发因素：营养不良，佝偻病、贫血、先天性心脏病、脑发育不全等机体抵抗力、免疫力低下的情况下容易发病。环境因素： 如气候骤变，居室通风不良、空气污浊等。

症状 （一）轻型支气管肺炎。　　

1.发热：大多数较高。　　

2.咳嗽：开始为频繁的剌激性干咳，随之咽喉部出现痰鸣音，咳嗽时可伴有呕吐、呛奶。　　

3.呼吸表浅增快，鼻扇，部份患儿口周、指甲轻度发绀。　　

除呼吸道症状外，患儿可伴有精神萎靡，烦躁不安，食欲不振，哆嗦，腹泻等全身症状。　

（二）重型肺炎：除轻症肺炎之表现加重外，持续高热全身中毒症状严重，且伴有其它脏器功能损害。　　1.呼吸系统症状：呼吸表浅、急促、每分钟可达80次以上，鼻翼扇动，有三凹征，呼气呻吟，颜面部及四肢末端明显紫绀，甚者面色苍白或青灰。两 肺可闻及密集的细湿罗音。　　

2.循环系统症状：婴儿肺炎时常伴有心功能不全。　　

3.神经系统症状（1）烦躁、嗜睡、凝视、斜视、眼球上窜。（2）昏睡，甚致昏迷、惊厥。（3）球结膜水肿。（4）瞳孔改变，对光反应迟钝或消失。（5）呼吸节律不整。（6）前囟门膨胀，有脑膜剌激征，脑脊液除压力增高外，其他均正常称为中毒性脑病，严重者颅压更高，可出现脑疝。　　4.消化系统症状：患儿食欲下降、呕吐、腹泻、腹胀，严重者呕吐物为咖啡色或便血，肠鸣音消失，中毒性肠麻痹，以及中毒性肝炎。　　5.可出现代谢性酸中毒，呼吸性酸中毒等，也可出现混合性酸中毒。
